Carrara Pastries - expanded

A couple of years ago, I discovered Carrara Pastries in Moorpark, CA, and recently they have expanded. They have added a café in Agoura Hills, CA, and the Moorpark location has been remodeled to accommodate tables, a gelato bar, a coffee bar, and soon they will be granted their liquor license so that they can serve wine. They also serve sandwiches and salads now that are amazing! If you close your eyes while eating any of their savory dishes or while sipping on a cappuccino, it will feel like you have been transported to Italy.

I totally agree! My mom and I stopped by Carrara's for lunch and the owners came out to talk to my mom in Italian. They were so kind and hospitable. We tried their delicious panini, coffee, pastry and gelato! We wanted to stay through dinner because it felt like we were in Italy!!!
