Robert's Restaurant is located in Paso Robles and is in the center of town. It is a beautifully decorated restaurant with comfortable chairs and clean linens. What was most memorable to me was this summer salad. It was filled with watermelon, nuts, cheese and a tasty vinaigrette dressing. I am still thinking about how delicious it was and how I might be able to recreate the experience at home. If you happen to be in this wine country and are not sure where to dine, Robert's Restaurant is a solid option.
