The Santa Barbara Zoo is a stop that is not to be missed. It's a beautiful zoo, just across the street from the beach. You can take a picnic and sit on the grassy areas or at a picnic table. There are various animal feedings throughout the day and a train that takes you around the zoo. I appreciate all that the zoo does to educate the community and to help the animals.
